This Valentine’s Day, we’re spreading the love like never before! We’re thrilled to announce the addition of an “Artist Love” feature to our radio panel, allowing you to search for your favourite artist and enjoy their music at any time. This free update is now live on the app store, so why not give it a try? Simply head to the radio panel and discover a world of musical bliss with just a few taps. And stay tuned, because we have plenty more exciting ideas in store for the future.
And the excitement doesn’t stop there! We’ve increased the number of opportunities an artist’s photo appears when we recognize a radio station is playing a particular artist. Now, if we locate two photos of the artist, you’ll get to see a photo-roll of the artist, with plans to add even more in the future.
Furthermore, when the app identifies an artist on any radio station, we now perform context matching, allowing us to present information on the artist as well as the track that is playing. We’ve even added a context matching tool within the settings panel, allowing you to make adjustments yourself and improve the results as new tracks are played.
In addition to these exciting features, we understand the importance of staying informed, especially during inclement weather. That’s why our new Weather alerts will appear on the home page, with options to expand the information provided or dismiss the alert. And for those using Android Auto in-car, rest assured that these alerts are seamlessly passed on to your car display, keeping you informed and safe no matter where you are.

We’re excited to present the latest update for SuperSmart TV, packed with enhancements and features to elevate your entertainment experience. In version 3.10.5, we’ve listened to your feedback and made significant improvements to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction
In version 3.10.4 launched last week we added amazing improvements to rendering times and our latest version 3.10.5 goes one step further with a focus on meta accuracy and even more bug fixes
New Additions:
- Even Faster Launch time: We’ve added a significant update to app start time. When you first launch we’ve made the rendering times much faster fulfilling a never-ending optimisation. Our mission is to make the app the fastest launcher available
- Weather Alerts & Android Auto: We’ve added a new layout for android auto. It now automatically detects a connection to your android auto headend and provides real-time weather conditions directly within the display. It’s now even easier to navigate using a touch screen. Plan your day while enjoying your favourite radio shows without missing a beat
Enhancements:
- Improved Installed Apps Drawer: We’re rolling out the start of an amazing news-feed for your most used apps. You’ll now start to see top trending news articles relating to Netflix in your apps drawer. We’re adding more international apps to the fold including Prime in the near future. Navigate your installed apps effortlessly with a revamped and intuitive drawer interface
- Please note: For devices that have apps installed within the firmware, you no longer need to enable System Apps in order for them to be revealed. This adds to faster rendering and presentation of the Apps drawer
- Enhanced Rendering Times: Enjoy smoother and faster visuals with improved rendering times, ensuring a more immersive viewing experience with every release
- Radio Meta Data Improvements: We’ve solved a lot of issues with misreporting of artist info in the radio panel. We’ve amazed ourselves and find the Radio panel one of the most amazing features we’ve developed in recent weeks. Can you believe it?, from pencil to fruition in just 8 weeks using AI as our underpinning driver…. Plus we’ve got plans for more amazing ideas in the future too. Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Commercial License Issue: From version 3.10.3 – Users can now enjoy immediate updates to news articles without any delay, ensuring the latest content is readily available. However, we continue to notice that following an upgrade it may take up to 3hrs for the news data to appear in your app. We’re working to improve this
- Many Minor Bug Fixes: We’re always squashing pesky bugs to enhance stability and provide you with a seamless entertainment journey
